The Declaration of Covenants Easements Conditions and Restrictions  are declared to be in furtherance of the following purposes:

  • Compliance with all zoning and similar governmental regulations;
  • Promotion of health, safety and welfare of all owners and residents of the Property.
  • Preservation, beautification and maintenance of the Property and all improvements.
  • Establish the requirements for the development and use of the Property.

The Code of Regulations defines the structure and general operations of the homeowners’ association.

The Articles of Incorporation is the offical filing document with the State of Ohio.
