Homeowners’ Association meetings are held Quarterly, generally in April (Q1), July (Q2), October (Q3) and January (Q4) for each year, dependent upon meeting space availability and expected attendance.

Meeting announcements and notices are posted to our Facebook and Next Door pages, as well as this website.

All meeting minutes for the Willow Brook Crossing HOA will be mailed via USPS to all Lot Owners as well as posted here for transparency and ease of access for our community.
