The Willow Brook Crossing Homeowner’s Association is a non-profit organization of all residents that own a home in our beautiful community. The handling of day to day operations is administered by a 4 member board of directors, along with committee members, whom are resident homeowners.

All board and committee members are volunteer unpaid positions.

The Board of Directors are voted into office for 1 year terms by you, the homeowners, at an Annual Homeowner’s Association Meeting. Committee Chairs and members are interviewed, accepted and assigned by the Board of Directors.

President: Richard Selleck
The President presides at all meetings, provides general supervision of all board activities. 

Vice-President: John Casper
The Vice-President will perform the duties of the President in the event of his or her absence and other duties assigned by the Board. 

Treasurer: William Hubbard
The Treasurer will keep all money, securities and other intangible property belonging to the Association. He or she shall maintain the books and records of fees and expenses and shall present financial summaries at the annual meetings. 

Secretary: Open position
The Secretary will keep an accurate record of the acts and proceedings of the Board. He or she shall perform additional duties as assigned by the Board. 

Our board and committees are responsible for:

  • Managing, paying and negotiating with vendors for the maintenance of our common areas
  • Administering  the collections for our annual assessment dues
  • Working with title companies for the transfers of property ownership.
  • Planning and executing capital projects within our community.
  • Reviewing and recording homeowner requests for property exterior improvements, covenants  and common area issues.
