Our 7 common areas are land grant trusts from Jefferson Township. The township holds title to these areas with the provision that the HOA is responsible for all maintenance, such as mowing and landscape maintenance.

Additionally our subdivision contains a streambed that runs from Waggoner Road, through our North Pond and South Pond areas. This Stream bed and an approximately 10 foot wide strip along each bank of the stream are considered natural “do not disturb” protected areas.
