Front Walking Path Paving

UPDATE! Tuesday – 8/30/16

If you haven’t had a chance to see it yet, our community has a beautiful, newly paved walking path at the front of the subdivision (starts on Rameys Crossing Ct and winds around the pond and past the gazebo out to Waggoner). The asphalt was old and cracked with part that had washed away in the flood of a couple of years ago, and part of it crushed by a truck that shouldn’t have been on the path. Many thanks to Asphalt Services of Ohio, Inc. for doing a great job in just 2 days.

Be aware that we still have a fence that doesn’t open up off Waggoner (we’ve had trouble in the past with outsiders “partying” in our gazebo.

There is a barely hidden gate along the fence on Willow Brook Crossing Dr. We chose not to pave up to this gate in order to keep it less noticeable.

We know summer is almost over, but we hope you enjoy your walks this fall and for many years to come.

UPDATE! Saturday – 8/27/16

We have our new walking path!  It looks beautiful.  We have a little cleanup to do on the edges, but please keep any vehicles off the walkway until Monday.

NOTICE!

Starting tomorrow (Wednesday August 24), you may see people working on the asphalt walking path that goes by the Gazebo in the front of our neighborhood. Your HOA is having that walking path re-paved and fixing the part that was washed out in the flood of 2 years ago.

We’re also having them remove and replace part of the walkway coming off the Rameys Crossing Court cul-de-sac that had collapsed under the weight of a poorly parked truck. Prep of the path will occur Wednesday, paving will take place Thursday, and it requires 3 days of curing, so please keep all vehicles and pedestrian traffic off the path until Monday August 29.

We hope to keep improving this beautiful area of our neighborhood. Thank you!
