Dear Willow Brook Crossing Homeowners,
Our HOA has been revitalized and working hard to get our records in order and finances in shape. We’ve replaced pond fountains and done repairs and tree cleanup around all the ponds. Some of you may have seen the new Arbor being erected by the Gazebo by the front pond. This is just one capital project we have in the pipeline. We’re taking bids now to repair and repave the walking path up front. We consider this walking area to be one of the most beautiful areas of our community and why we voted to repave and seal the path before it totally broke up. We’ve also been lobbying Jefferson Township to come patch or otherwise fix some large cracks in our streets (there are some pretty big cracks on Rameys Crossing Ct, but if there are others that need attention, please let us know). We had a “flower failure” at our entrance this year due to extreme heat and an irrigation malfunction, and we should have a new display sometime next week. It’s been a busy spring and we hope you like these improvements. Many thanks to our fun group of HOA volunteers for all the hard work you’ve put in.
